Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been dispatched.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
