Our Commitment

We want you to love your Aurissea purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review the terms below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return upon delivery instead.
